Terms and Conditions

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

All items listed for sale are subject to availability. Should an item ordered become unavailable prior to fulfillment, you will be contacted and offered a backorder or refund.  

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact the MAAS Store and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at your discretion.

For change of mind, returns must include proof of purchase and arrive in its original condition, complete with any packaging and price tags. Once received we will issue a refund back to your original payment method. Goods will not be accepted for return later than 30 days of your receiving the goods.

Refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days of receipt of the goods.

If your order is lost during shipment we will send a replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability) once the maximum delivery time has expired.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of the Museum. For change of mind all return shipping charges are your responsibility.

The Museum reserves the right to reject a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Your order cannot be cancelled once the items have shipped and regular museum return policy conditions will apply.

Personal information is collected only for purposes of fulfilling your order. The MAAS Store does not store credit card information.

International

To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. After entering the address information, you can review your order with the shipping charges added.

Most items can be shipped to international addresses, though some oversized items cannot be shipped to an international address.

Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or value added tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

We are required to place a customs declaration on all goods shipped to customers outside Australia that lists the correct monetary value of the content.

Customs clearance may add to the delivery time of international orders.
