Spring Show Day celebrates 200 years of the Royal Agricultural Show in New South Wales with a sampling of Easter Show experiences for all ages. The Spring Show Day will also be a celebration of the 70th anniversary of the iconic Australian lawn mower brand Victa. See robot mowers in action, learn from the next generation of chicken groomers and watch the magic of wool spinning. Hear a celebrity gardener’s tips and tricks to improve lawns and hedges, see a cake decorating demonstration and be entertained by some of Australia’s best woodchoppers. Explore and learn about current displays with curator tours of Remembering the Easter Show and 70 Years of Victa.

This event is free, but booking is recommended. There is no parking on-site (Mobility Parking Scheme permits excepted). Park at Hills Showground Metro Station and take the dedicated shuttle bus, park at HomeCo. and walk, or take public transport.

This event is presented with support from the Royal Agricultural Society and in partnership with Briggs & Stratton.

There is no parking on site

Please note that the main entrance and car park located at 172 Showground Rd, Castle Hill will only be accessible to the free shuttle bus, visitors who require accessible parking (with permit) or visitors who arrive on foot.

If you are driving to the event, please park at Hills Showground Metro Station and take the event shuttle bus, or at HomeCo. (formerly Hills SuperCentre) and walk.

Getting there by shuttle bus

Free return shuttle buses will run every 15 minutes during the event from Hills Showground Metro Station to Powerhouse Castle Hill. The bus stop is located at Mandala Parade.

From Parramatta Station Stand A4, take the 601 (towards Rouse Hill) to Western Sydney TAFE, Green Rd, Castle Hill. Walk to 172 Showground Rd, Castle Hill.

From Parramatta Station Stand B4, take the 664 (towards Rouse Hill) to Windsor Rd after Showground Rd, Norwest. Walk to 172 Showground Rd, Castle Hill.

From QVB, Sydney Stand 3, take the 610X (towards Castle Hill) to Castle Hill Station, then the 662 (towards Parramatta Station) to Showground Rd after Victoria Ave, Castle Hill. Walk to 172 Showground Rd, Castle Hill.
